Cedar Point Wind is a 100 MW wind project located in Forest, Ontario.

The project consists of 46 Siemens direct drive turbines that are connected back to the project-owned substation. Power is then sent down the transmission line, where it passes through several other jointly owned substations, eventually connecting to the main grid for Hydro One, Ontario’s largest electricity transmission and distribution service provider, where 100% of the green energy is offloaded. The project also has an O&M building where the operators, repair crews and spare parts are housed.
