Clayton participates across all facets of the team’s investment activities including deal origination, contract negotiation, transaction structuring, financial modelling, due diligence, and asset management. He is based out of Fiera Infrastructure’s Toronto office.
Prior to joining Fiera Infrastructure in 2016, Clayton worked within the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Constellation Software where he focused on due diligence and financial modelling work streams. His experience also includes time in chemical engineering and financial analysis.
Clayton is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science, Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
