Woodford Social Infrastructure is a portfolio of six public-private-partnership (“PPP”) assets in Canada that span the social, telecom and transportation subsectors.

Each asset in the portfolio has a long-term concession agreement with an investment-grade counterparty. The projects function as a Canadian platform for Fiera Infrastructure to seek out value-add PPP opportunities and achieve scale. The portfolio is currently comprised of interests in the:
